"Eat to Live" — What we eat is SO very important for disease prevention — we can't stress it enough! In our second session we discussed how to support your health through a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet, offering better-for-you alternatives, and breaking down what's so very wrong with the "Food Pyramid."
Plus, common symptoms that may be signs of gluten intolerance, triggers to avoid, and our in-person attendees got a chance to taste Jenn's delicious Instant Vegetable Soup (seriously, she's an amazing cook. Lucky us!).
